With multiple groups now claiming to be in charge in Kyrgyzstan, Current Time asked voters in Bishkek, the Kyrgyz capital, who they think is actually exercising power. The confusion began on October 5-6, 2020 when protesters against suspected vote fraud took over the government headquarters.
