How Armenia And Azerbaijan Responded To The Nagorno-Karabakh Peace Agreement

Late on November 9, 2020, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia signed an agreement to stop the fighting over the breakaway Azerbaijani region of Nagorno Karabakh and to turn over surrounding, formerly Armenian-occupied territories to Azerbaijan. In Yerevan, some took this deal as a betrayal and seized the government headquarters and parliament. But in Baku, it was celebration time. Russia has already begun deploying its peacekeepers into Karabakh.
