Yevgenia Kotlyar

Yevgenia Kotlyar is a Riga-based correspondent for Current Time, the Russian-language network led by RFE/RL in cooperation with VOA. Born in Russia, she is a graduate of St. Petersburg State University and the Danish School of Media and Journalism. Before joining Current Time as a Moscow correspondent in 2019, she worked for the independent Russian television channel TV Rain.
